Discovery Notes | Sample was collected on 10/9/18 under a tree in dry conditions. The sample contained a lot of debris including leaves. Sample depth was 0.7cm. Enriched isolation (48hr) was performed. Isolation temperature was 30°C. Characterization was performed by Team You Only Lyse Once (Ashley Choi, Frank Li, Ben Lyzenga, Miriam Velez) and team Do It For the Culture (Tina Zhou, Ryan Fong, Daniel Zhang, Ashley Yuen).
