Discovery NotesThe Soil sample was collected at 37°05’38.8"N 79°34’49.8”W, on August 22, 2014 at 3:40 A.M.. The approximate air temperature was 73 degrees Fahrenheit. The depth at which the sample was collect as at 8.7 cm and the soil was moist. The area around the collection site is in a rural setting, being approximately 50ft from a building and 30ft from trees, with no foot traffic. The only source of water is natural rain water.
