Plaque Notes | The morphology is temperature dependent. At 30 degrees Celsius, the plaque is not clear, but hazy (you cannot see through the plaque. It is also circular and defined. However at room temperature, the plaques are clear but the outline of the plaques are fuzzy, it is not a defined circle. Both plaques in each temperature are about 1mm in diameter. |
