Plaque NotesGenerally all plaques were uniformly round, ranging from between 1.7 cm and 3mm in diameter. My results were three plates resulted in clear plaques present and two plates with temperate plaques. (My forth round had plaques that presented a yellowish orange substance due to accidental contamination). I always incubated for 48 hours at room temperature (23 Celsius) and stored in a refrigerator (4 Celsius).
