Naming NotesPhage isolation occurred in Ketchikan Alaska, territory of the Tlingit people of Southeast Alaska. Respecting this, our phage designation was selected from the Tlingit words ‘seek’ (black bear) and ‘neekw’ (illness) and condensed to ‘SeekNeek.’
