Discovery NotesThe DNA is difficult to work with. Had to attempt extraction twice. Were unable to obtain adequate digestion gel.

PCR indicates that shares no none of the conserved sequences tested for (W. Ph. GP25, W. Ph. Unknown Protein, Bastille Gene 34290.1, Bastille Gene 34245.1, Troll GP 31, and Troll GP 33). Confirmation desired.

May also infect B. cereus 4, B. cereus Gibson 971, B. subtilis SMY. Spot tests revealed unusual spots. Not sure if error in plating. Further testing needed.
