Discovery Notes | The soil was obtained on 9/9/18 at around 12:30 pm. The temperature that day was 70 F and cloudy. The soil itself was clumpy and moist with some pieces of grass and was greenish brown. |
Naming Notes | When we saw the TEM image of our phage, we thought the end of the tail resembled a fang a little bit. Also, we thought the name was cute. |
