Discovery NotesSoil acquired besides "anenhutte," an alpine hut surrounded by glaciers, 8000 ft above sea level, ~70ºF, Sunny and clear. Soil was wet when initially obtained.
Naming NotesBacteriophage is extremely hard to work with. We had to do various enrichments, did not like streaking methods, had very limited host infecting properties, preferred room temperature growth and did not yield web pattern. We wanted a name that represented our frustrations towards it so Phelicia couldn't be more fitting from the expression "Bye Felicia"
