Plaque Notes | Clear plaques, 2mm, incubated 24 hours at 30 degrees C Plaques are generally clear, occasionally cloudy and with different morphology, but the plaques isolated and used in the high titer lysate were clear. There was no real pattern to the changes in morphology; they were often quite randomly scattered throughout procedures like spot tests, lysed out plates, and phage purification. |
