From enriched soil sample?Unknown
GPS Coordinates38.424773 N, 78.859862 W Map
Discovery NotesHard and dry soil, some loose rocks and twigs present

This phage required more than three rounds of purification before sufficient plaques were present for picking and isolation.
Naming NotesMy own initials and birth date were used.
Sequencing Information
Sequencing Complete?No
Genome length (bp)Unknown
Character of genome endsUnknown
Fasta file available?No
Characterization
ClusterUnclustered
Subcluster--
Plaque NotesClear plaques, 2mm, incubated 24 hours at 30 degrees C

Plaques are generally clear, occasionally cloudy and with different morphology, but the plaques isolated and used in the high titer lysate were clear. There was no real pattern to the changes in morphology; they were often quite randomly scattered throughout procedures like spot tests, lysed out plates, and phage purification.
Final annotation complete?No
Has been Phamerated?No
