| Plaque Notes | The high titer lisate for my phage is 3 x 10^11 PFU/mL. The plate contains two different sizes of plaques, some as small as a speck and others about a millimeter wide in diameter. There are also two different types of plaques within them where some are cloudy and not as easy to see through and others are entirely transparent. |
