Defining features of the site: Urban, 30ft from the nearest building, next to small plants, near the sidewalk and a flight of stairs. |
Naming Notes | The inspiration was a misspelled Starbucks cup name of "Steven with a ph" as "Ptheven" instead of "Stephen". "Phteven" was taken, however, so we selected "Steven" |
